How to clear mind
In today world we are really concerned about what people are saying.As this shows our social status right.But in these process we forget about someone that none its oneself.We take care of each and everything from our clothing to what we are eating to how we are walking and what company makeup we are using just think do you to take care about your inner world within you'One who love you the most'.
DISTURBED MIND:
First thing first stop abusing yourself. If someone says any harsh word for you don't take it.Realise it that its his thinking not yours but the moment you start thinking about it now it is not part of the outer world its part of your world.Whenever you think about that person those words would start disturbing.This is how you start getting disturbed mind.

Thoughts are the experiences which you have accumulated since you born.Information which you gathered from parent , your surrounding, television, phones and many other sources.These information gets feeling when gets into your mind and this is how thought are born.

Thoughts cannot disturb you its the feeling which disturbs you.Get a clear view about that.Thoughts don't have any power unless it get the power of feeling.So its the feeling which is disturbing you not the thought.Stop blaming thoughts there are many ways to stop feeling low.

Thoughts are like clouds if you think of one thing other thing would just floating with it.So what to do????
Whenever a negative thought comes to your mind simply just change it with positive thought.Its a mental exercise which helps a lot.Whenever you change your negative pattern with a positive thought pattern your world would change.
Life is made up of small thing we just exaggerate things up by thinking it and adding more and more negative feeling to it.Just be conscious about what you are thinking.Your world would change.
Differentiate between pure thoughts and negative thoughts.The thoughts which brings joy in your mind its pure thought.Thought is creates depression,stress,anxiety its a negative thought.
WHAT TO DO:
Get close to nature.Green colour gives peace to our mind,fresh air cleanses your body.take a break in nature enjoy the beauty it will stop your thought process and you would start accumulating positive thought with positive feelings.
Try not to share your problems with others else it would disturb your thought pattern.Keep your secrets to yourself and follow the above steps.
Always take a break and watch your thought pattern.The most important key to be happy.
Get 30 min in the morning for yourself and meditate boost yourself with positive thoughts.These thoughts would give the energy dose for that day.Relax your mind, body and soul.
