 WHAT IS ANXIETY?

In today's world we say anxiety is normal.But it was just a word a few decades before.So what is anxiety?Anxiety is a fear which is created by our mind when we think we are in danger.Its a state of mind when all kind of negative thought pattern starts to form.Whenever unnecessary thoughts starts to raise in your mind your going to invite anxiety.



ANXIETY IS COMMON:

Its like asking if slow poison is ok?Can we have it.Whatever the answer is that is the answer to anxiety.Remember when we were child we used get afraid of unknown things,then someone would say no its not real its just your imagination.Till now we have a child within us.Thats the reason we get stress and anxiety problem so easily.Physically we grow up but the child within us is still there.So whenever we get a attack of anxiety just care about the child within you.

TWO MIND IS SPEAKING:

Have you ever wonder whenever you think of any incident two thoughts comes in your mind.One is a negative thought which tells you that you cannot do that work,you are not capable of doing that,that is not for you......And there is another mind which says yes you have power to do that ,you are successful ,you are capable of each and every work.There are two mind within us now its upto you which mind you want to nurture.Whenever you nurture the negative thought then anxiety is going to be common for you.In this kind of situation only one thought can win.Feed yourself with positive thoughts.


STOP ABUSING YOURSELF:

Don't abuse yourself.In this whole world you are your only true friend.You are the only one who can understand you the most.Just sit for 10 minutes with yourself and tell yourself whatever is bothering you.Do this practise twice daily this will change your world.If after doing this also any thoughts keep on coming to you just write it down.Also write down the thoughts coming in mind then focus on which emotion is attached to it.Again nurture your mind with positive thoughts and healing words.

FEED YOUR MIND SOME NOURISHMENT:

Your mind is playing an important role in your life.This where your thoughts are being processed.So to have a happy life feed your mind with happy thoughts.It start right from the morning.In the morning our mind is in highly efficient .Whatever information you give to mind it just gathers it.Mind cannot differentiate between reality and unreal world,So whatever information you give to the mind it just take it as reality.

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF MIND:

Mind is like a child.Do give your child anything to eat without checking or do you say any abusing words to your baby.So why do you abuse the child within you.It needs the most care.Don't give just any thought to that baby check once what your giving to your mind.Think once would you eat anything if anyone gives you without even checking if its good or bad then why do you take anything anybody gives you.


HOW TO FINISH FEAR AND ANXIETY:

You can easily finish you fear and anxiety just by one thought tell yourself '' you are safe and protected".Affirm this in the morning for 10 minutes and before going to sleep 10 minutes.By doing this your mind would just make sure that you are safe and it would just stop making negative thoughts wrong thoughts.Within few days your anxiety would disappear.
